A prerequisite to serving beer and working this fundraiser is to take a class called “ASK Training.” Class is put on an organized by the Hall of Fame staff. The class is under 2 hours in length and takes place on a weeknight prior to the event. The ASK training class certification is good for 3 years. Training dates and times TBD.

CCHS Booster Club & Betsy Ziegler Memorial ’78 Annual Summer Steak Fry will be held on Friday, August 12th. Committer Chairs are Dorothy Dittemore & Chris Smith. The Steak Fry will be held in the field east of the stadium, in the vicinity of the shot put & discus throwing areas. The location is being moved due to the smaller foot print of the area in the vicinity of the girls softball field, which was the result of the installation of the new permanent homerun fence. Ticket prices will remain the same as in years past. Advanced sales are $35 each and $50 at the door.

III. Projects:

Softball Field - The renovations have been completed which entail a new permanent homerun fence with top protector cover, foul poles, distance markers, weighted tarps for pitchers area & home plate area, painted dugouts, and a cement slap batting cage. Stadium Press Box – Project has been approved and is being coordinated by Brian Levengood, Jeff Lindesmith and Troy Cummins. All labor is being donated along with some of the material.
