Speaker: Johnny Lee, Director of Peace at Work in Raleigh, NC is a noted lecturer and trainer on workplace violence prevention. He has been a featured speaker at the NCIC Statewide Safety School, the Wilmington Safety School and many others. Don’t miss this opportunity to hear an outstanding and energetic speaker.
Topics:
· Threat Assessment Training – Recognizing warning signs of potentially violent employees. Gathering data; legal and regulatory controls regarding employee records and assessing data collected on dangerous characteristics/behavior.
· Active Shooter Survival – What would you do if a shooter invaded your workplace? Understanding the human response to crisis and recognizing the 3 basic responses; working with emergency responders and developing an immediate crisis response plan.
