Amelia High School
Take 360 West towards Richmond. Take I-64 towards Richmond. Then take I-95 south to the Rt.288 exit. Take 288 North to US 360. Turn onto 360(Goodes Bridge Road) then turn right on VA-614. Schools is on this road.

Lancaster High School
Take 360 east to Warsaw. After going through Warsaw, turn right onto VA-3. Follow this road for about 22 miles and school will come up on your left.

King George High School
You can reach this school two ways depending where you live. First from 360 go East to Tappahannock and get on 17 North. Follow 17 North to US 301. Take 301 North for approx. 6 miles and then turn left on VA-3. Travel on VA-3 for about 4 miles and school is on right near VA-206. From the Dawn area, travel to 30 to US 301 and head north and follow 301 to VA-3. Then follow same directions above.

Essex High School
Take 360 east to Tappahannock. Travel through town and go straight on US-17. At next stop light turn Left onto Airport Road. School will come up on your right. It is right across from airport area.

Caroline High School
Take 30 to I-95. Take I-95 north. Then take the Bowling Green exit and bear right off this exit. Follow this road for approx. 6 miles and the school will be on the right.

James Monroe High School
From King William High School head west on Rt. 30 to I-95. Get on 95 North and then take Exit 126(US-1). Follow US 1 a few miles and look for the Middle School on the right. All indoor events are held at the middle school. The football stadium is in the town of Fredericksburg.

Windsor High School
Take 360 west to I-295. Take 295 south towards Rocky Mount, NC for about 39 miles. Then take Exit 3A towards Norfolk which is US 460 east. Then merge onto County Drive and follow this road 10.2 miles.

Washington & Lee High School
Take 360 east to Warsaw. In Warsaw, turn left at the light onto VA-3 west. Follow towards Montross. The school is 1 mile before the town and is on the left.

Mathews High School
Take 30 towards West Point. At the light in West Point turn left onto Rt.33. Follow 33 clear to US 17. At light, go straight and follow this road to a stop sign. At the stop sign, turn left. Follow this road clear into Mathews. The school will come up on the left after entering Mathews.
Approx. Travel Time: 1 hr. 15 min.

Middlesex High School
Take 30 towards West Point. At light in West Point, turn left onto Rt. 33. Follow 33 clear to US 17. At light, turn left onto 17. Follow 17 to Saluda. At Saluda exit take 17 business exit. At the light in town, turn left at the Exxon. Follow this road approx. 1-2 miles and school will come up on your left.

West Point High School
Take 30 towards West Point. Turn left at Armory. Follow road back turn left onto Mattoponi Ave. School is right on the corner.

King & Queen High School
Take 30 to Hamilton Holmes Middle School. Turn onto Walkerton Road and follow all the way through Walkerton. Take first right after going through Walkerton. Follow this road for about 4.4 miles and then turn right again. Follow this road until it merges with VA-14. Merge right onto 14 and the school will come up on your right.

Rappahannock High School
Take 360 towards Tappahannock. Turn Right onto 360 East and go to Warsaw. Go through Warsaw and go through Rt3. intersection on 360. The school will come up on your right after ¼ mile.

New Kent High School
Take 30 to West Point. Turn right onto Rt. 33 and go into New Kent County. Head towards New County town. Turn right at second light on Rt. 249. School is on right.

Franklin High School
Take 360 West to I-295 South. Travel approx. 34.5 miles and then merge onto US460 at exit 3A and go about 42 miles. Then turn right onto US-258/N Prince Blvd. Go about 13 miles and then turn right onto US-258/US 58 BR. Travel about 1.86 miles and turn right onto US-58 BR. Follow US-58 and then turn right onto VA-641 (Hunterdale Road). Go about two tenths of a mile and turn right onto Fairview Drive and then about ¼ mile turn left onto Crescent Dr. School is on Crescent.

Eastern State Hospital-Cross Country Districts/Regionals
Take 30 to West Point and turn right onto Rt. 33 and follow this clear to I-64. Take I-64 east and then exit 234 which is Va-199 and then turn onto VA-199 East towards Williamsburg. Go into Williamsburg and turn right onto Ironbound Rd. Follow back to next intersection. Main entrance to hospital will be straight ahead, but turn right by park. Turn left at next left into ESH campus. You will see two large smoke stacks. You want to head towards the pool area and the materials building.

Great Meadows Park-State Cross Country Meet Site
Take 30 towards Doswell and hit I-95 North toward Washington. Stay on 95 and then take the US 17 North exit(Warrenton/Falmouth). Follow 17 North to Warrenton and just past Warrenton, Great Meadows will come up on your right.
Approx. Travel time: 2 hrs.

JR Tucker High School
Take 360 west to Mechanicsville and then take I-295 North to US 301. Take 301 towards Richmond. Turn Right onto Paraham Road. Follow Paraham for several miles and the school will come up on your right.

Northumberland High School
Take 360 East and continue to follow 360 east through Warsaw and to Callio. At stop sign at Callio turn right and continue to follow 360 East. As you near Heathsville, the school will approach on the right just before Heathsville.
Approx. Travel Time: 1 hr. 10 min.

Surry High School
Take 360 west to I-295. Take Varina Exit and Turn left on Rt. 5. Take a right on Rt 15 across Benjamin Harris Bridge. Take a left on Rt. 10 South. Take a Right onto Rt. 618 to Dendron. School will come up on right.
Approx. Travel Time: 1 hr. 30 min.

Sussex Central High School
Take 360 West to Mechanicsville. Take I-95 South. Take Stoney Creek Exit. Take a left on Rt. 40. School is 7 miles on right.
