Amla

It is also well known as Native Indian Gooseberry.

It has one of the richest levels of natural Vitamin C of every edible vegetable in the world. The fruit juice has almost 20 times as much vitamin C as lemon fruit juice. Every 100 g clean Amalaki clean fruit provides 470-680 mg of Supplement C. Apart from this Amla fruit contains linens, calcium mineral, phosphorus ( both very useful for powerful bone fragments and development of bones), metal, carotene, proteins, fat, nutrients, carbohydrate , riboflavin, and thiamine.

Amla (Amlaki) has been used as highly effective anti-oxidant agent that also increases resistance. It strengthens our hair follicles, thus encouraging hair growth. It is the best ever natural herb for everyday use. Amla is also known for improving the pigmentation of the hair.

Mix 2 teaspoons of Amla juice with 2 teaspoons of lime juice. Apply this mixture on the scalp and leave it to dry. Rinse off with warm water

Apple Cider Vinegar:

Use apple cider vinegar as a conditioner.

Apple cider vinegar helps remove build up from hair products and restores dull-looking, dry , damaged hair. This works best with a spray bottle, if you have one. Add two table spoons of apple cider vinegar to a spray bottle of water. After shampooing, spray your hair and scalp with the mixture. Leave on for a few minutes and then rinse .Soaking your hair in basin of water and vinegar is also effective.

Add one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to a glass of water and drink daily. Not only will this strengthen your hair, it will also promote hair growth. As an added bonus, drinking apple cider vinegar helps to boost your metabolism, promotes weight loss and boosts your immune system!.

Lemon juice (Nimbu ka Ras ) :

Lemon juice is one of the oldest and effective home remedies to repair the greasy hair. Shampoo your hair, rinse them. Squeeze one or two lemon and get its juice in bathing mug. Fill the mug with water. Now rinse your hair in this lemon containing water ,leave for few minutes and then rinse again with plain water to obtain soft and oil free hair.

Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera juice is very effective to stop hair loss. Pure aloe gel, which can be obtained from the Aloe Vera plant directly .Slice off an outer leaf of an aloe plant, peel it and scoop out gel with a spoon. Now this gel can be applied directly to the scalp. This is helpful for preventing hair loss due to irritated, dry or infected scalp. Aloe Vera balances the pH level of scalp. After massaging the head with aloe gel, wait for an hour or two and then wash the hair with lukewarm water. You should do this once or twice a week for best results.

* Take two tablespoons of your shampoo in a bowl. Add one table spoon of aloe vera gel, coconut milk and ½ teaspoon of wheat germ. Mix it together and shampoo your hair with it.

* Another remedy is to dissolve a small amount of sodium chloride in the aloe vera gel. Now apply this mix on the scalp. The sodium will penetrate into the deeper layers of your skin and reduce hair fall.
