Registration

UGA Conference Center is the new venue for the annual conference. This is a NEW location and the booth layouts are very different. All booth locations will then be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Each exhibitor will be provided (2) lunch tickets for Wednesday’s Awards luncheon. If you require additional lunch tickets, registration is required at a cost of $35 p/p.

Once you complete the information with your credit card you will receive a receipt for your records. This will expedite the procedure and secure your space at our show.

A list of area hotels is enclosed. We have negotiated special rates for our show so please make your reservations early.

SPECIAL VENDOR SET UP

An extra exhibitor setuptime will be open on Monday, March 27th(12 -4:30)for exhibitors wishing to set up early, so they can spend Tuesday with their customers. Normal Tuesday setup will still be offered from8:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Two small fork liftswill be available during these hours forunloading your equipment.

The GPGA Welcome Reception will be held at the UGA center on Tuesday night, beginning at 6 P.M., so please plan to be near your booth. You will have the opportunity to spend Tuesday night with your customers as well as the show day.

We would like all exhibitors to be setup by 3:00 PMto allow time for all to participate in theWelcome Reception beginning at 6:00 PMat the UGA Conference Center. If you are still setting up after 3 PM, you will have limited access as we will be preparing for the Welcome Reception. Please email us ()the number of attendees attending the reception so we can plan accordingly. Additional information on the Welcome Reception will be provided in your packet on setup day. This is always a fun event! Make plans now to attend!

We will host a reverse raffleduring theWelcome Reception. Tickets can be purchased using the attached form, contacting any board member, or by calling the GPGA office (229) 382-2187. Prizes valued at up to $10,000 will be given away-- with a grand CASH prize of $8,000. Only 500 tickets have been printed and you have several chances to win cash or walk away with the grand prize. All raffle tickets will be pre-sold. Unsold tickets will not be AUCTIONED the night of the reception. We will also be hosting a Silent Auction with unique prizes. You don’t want to miss this event.You do not have to be present to win!

Golf Tournament: Tuesday, March 28th

GPGA will hostour 7thAnnual Golf Tournament at Springhill Country Club in Tifton, GA on Tuesday, March 28th. Tee off time is 1:00 PM. REGISTER early as this event sells out every year. A brochure is included in this packet with tournament information. Please contact the GPGA office

Awards Luncheon: Wednesday, March 29th

GPGA awards luncheon will be held to honor our industry’s leaders in the ballrooms at the UGA Conference Center at noon.Guest speaker will be Georgia Commissioner of Agriculture Gary Black.

Please consider serving as a Meal Sponsor for this event. GPGA relies on a number of vendors to sponsor our meals for attendees.
