The WANO Moscow Center together with the ŠKODA JS a.s. and Doosan Škoda Power s.r.o.companies is preparing for the International Conference on NPP equipment maintenance
Purpose of the Conference:
Exchange of information and experience in NPP equipment maintenance
Participants will be able to demonstrate the specimens of maintenance equipment and facilities
Main topic of the Conference: Involvement of maintenance organizations in emergency response taking into account the lessons learned from the Fukushima events

Travel, lodgings and other expenses:
Lodgings, travel expenses and per diem allowance during the Conference will be borne by home utilities.
Organization costs will be covered by WANO-MC.
If necessary, ŠKODA JS a.s. company will assist in obtaining entry visas to the Czech Republic.
ŠKODA JS a.s. will provide for the meeting at the Prague airport and transfer from the airport to the Angelo Hotel Pilsen on 24 February 2014, and back to the Prague airport on 28 February 2014.

The due date proceeds from the need to resolve visa and other organizational issues.
Please send the electronic version of your presentations to the Conference coordinators before 20 January 2014 for the timely preparation of information package for each participant. The presentations shall be submitted in Russian and/or English.
Participant shall check in at the hotel by themselves.
