How to Sign Up to Volunteer for Bingo and Concessions

Below shows how you can sign up using the concession’s link. You can do the same thing to volunteer for bingo by simply choosing the link for bingo instead of concessions.
Scroll down on the booster’s page to find the concessions link and click on this link.
This will take you to the signup genius link for concession stand volunteers. Scroll the dates to choose the one you want. Click the sign up box for the date and click Submit and Sign Up at the bottom.
If you do not have an account you will need to create one. This allows you get reminders and add the dates you have chosen to your calendar. Administrators can also send you notices if there are schedule changes or any other information you may need prior to showing up for a scheduled time slot.
In the Comments, please only add one sport, club or group for your donation. You can change this for each date you sign up for but we can only disperse funds to one group per date each volunteer signs up for. Each volunteer can sign up for their own group.
The first option shown above allows you to change your sign up if needed. You can delete a date if you need, things do come up. An email will be sent the administrator that you have deleted this date but we do ask that you email or call a board member just to make sure we have a chance to the fill spot. We would prefer 3 day notice if possible. You can swap dates with another volunteer this would be great if you can do this versus cancelling so we have the coverage already in place. Last you edit your slot so if you want to change which group you are volunteering for you can. If will not be there but your spouse will, you can change the name of who is volunteering.
Adding you phone number will allow you to receive text message reminders if you choose this option in your profile.
Graduating class questions: Just allows boosters to know information such as how many senior class volunteers do we currently have who most likely will not be returning the following year.
Click on submit and you are now signed up for the date you have chosen.
You will receive a confirmation email from sign up genius asking you to active your account.
Once you activate and log into your account you can choose how you receive your reminders by choosing Setting and then Notification Settings.
You can use the same method to sign up for Bingo volunteers positions. All you need to is choose the Bingo options instead of concession when you first start.
