Confirmation invoices are sent within 7 days of payment receipt. Balances are payable 3 weeks before trading. Bookings made 4 weeks or less before trading date must be paid in full.

Deposits can also be paid by cheque,payableto Artsmix Leeds Limited, sent with this booking form to: Artsmix Leeds Limited, Park Lane Centre, Park Lane, Bradford, BD5 0LN.Balances must be paid through bank transfer. Please note, stalls are not confirmed until acheque has cleared (10 working days).
