Special Arrangements/Individual Modifications/Differentiation: Fast Food Fun allows the students to have voice by selecting their own restaurants and food items to study. The Thanksgiving FunMat project allows the students to choose any menu that they would like and shop for items for that menu. HOT questions are found in the development of the formulas for calculation. The students have to determine how to spend $100 without going over. They must develop formulas for addition, multiplication, and subtraction.

Student Focus / Begin today with the project called, “Fast Food Fun”. Your objective is to learn about the fat and calorie content of popular foods. At the same time, you will learn some of the powerful features of MS Excel. Complete activity #1 today. Save all of your work to a MS Excel file.
