* Please note that no tax-deductible receipt will be issued by Oxfam Hong Kong due to audit requirements. However, receipt will be issued by Oxfam Korea, if necessary.

The applicable exchange rate: 1 USD = 1200 KRW, 1 HKD =150 KRW.

4. Process
Please note how team leader can send the fundraising amount to Oxfam Korea
1) Team members ask family and friends for sponsorship.
2) Each team member receives sponsorship, along with sponsor’s names and messages.
3) Team leader collects sponsorship amounts and details from team members and fills out the sponsorship form.
4) All sponsorship amounts your team raised including the sponsorship form should be submitted by team leaders at will to Oxfam Korea before May 5th, 2017 (Deadline).
5) When Oxfam Korea confirms your team’s sponsorship form details, your donated amount and sponsorship messages will be displayed on your team’s page. So the more often you submit the form and deposit the donations, the more you will see your target amount grow. Thank you.
