The Locomotor Service (Physiotherapy & The Pain service) will be moving from its main base at 52B Well Street back to St Leonard’s on 11th June 2012. All patients previously seen at Well Street will now be seen in our newly refurbished St Leonard’s Physiotherapy Department:

On the 12th June our main Locomotor fax number will also change to:020 7683 3619
The single number for patients remains 0207 683 4676 (Clinical Assessment Service)
Temporary closure dates
· Friday 8th June 52B Well Street closes while we pack. The fax machine will be unplugged.
· Wednesday 12th June re-open to patients at St Leonard’s
Referral to Locomotor over 8th – 12th June
· Please direct referrals to the clinical assessment service as normal
· Referral screening will be carried out at Kenworthy Road, led by Leesa Patterson
· Urgent referrals & faxes will be managed at Kenworthy road health centre
