Rock ‘n Roll for Kids Great Legs Contest Kicks Off

New Braunfels, Texas-For over 20 years Communities In Schools of South Central Texas has been helping our community’s kids stay in school and achieve in life. Rock ‘n Roll for Kids isCommunities In Schools’largest fundraiser and this year’s event is slated for April 5th. The eventwill kick off with the annual Great Legs competition on February 28that Schlitterbahn Waterparks, the presenting sponsor of Rock ‘n Roll for Kids! The Rock ‘n Roll for Kids Great Legs Contest is a fun and unique way to raise funds for this important program that is proven to help kids stay in school. Participants are men from throughout the New Braunfels and Schertz communities who are willing to “compete” for votes so that their legs will be judged the best in these communities.Each vote is $1.00 with no limit on the number of votes from each voter. Rock ‘n Roll for Kids will be held at 6:00 p.m. on April 5thatthe New Braunfels Civic Convention Center. This yearwe will have a fresh, new menu from River City Catering, the electrifying music of The Big Time and some of the most exciting Live and Silent auction items we have ever had including phenomenal Travel Packages to San Diego, CA (including a sailing experience on the America’s Cup “Stars & Stripes”) and Banff, Calgary & Lake Louise, Canada!
