Teams will be arranged for PC members only, if sufficient interest is shown.

ENTRY FEES

Entries: £30 (RWHHPC members £25)

No entries accepted without the correct fee. No refunds given unless accompanied by a vet's or doctor's certificate less £5 administration charge.

In the event of cancellation entry fees will be returned less £5 admin charge.

If you are unable to come please tell us as we may have a waiting list.

There will be a £5 returnable deposit on Number Bibs please bring deposit in a self addressed envelope.

If you are competing on your own, please tell the Secretary when collecting your number and leave vehicle registration and contact phone numbers with her.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

The Judges decision is final.

This event is to be run in accordance with Pony Club Eventing 2012 rules with the exception that riders may continue the cross-country phase after 3 refusals, at the discretion of the jump judge, though they will have been eliminated. Correct tack for each section, according to PC rules must be used. There will be a tack inspection.

No horse or pony to compete more than once.

Ages as at 1 January 2012.

All horses/ponies must have current passports.

Objections to be lodged, together with a fee of £15, with the secretary within 15 minutes of the incident.

All participants attend at their own risk. The PC third party legal liability only applies to members of the Pony Club.

Legal Liability: Save for death or personal injury caused by negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the Organisers, nor any person acting on their behalf accepts any liability for any loss, damage, accident, injury or illness to horses, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property.

HEALTH & SAFETY - The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.

Medical armbands and body protectors are compulsory for the cross-country phase. Hats must conform to the latest Pony Club standard. Approved hats must carry one of the codes: PAS015: EN 1384 (BSI Kitemark or SEI) and ASTM F1163 (with SEI). Hats to be worn at all times when mounted with chinstrap fastened. A jockey skull with no fixed peak is obligatory for xc jumping over 80 cms, and strongly recommended for all xc. Spurs must be accompanied by a letter of permission from their DC.
