FECCA have contracted Maria Dimopoulos and Georgia Prattis from MyriaD Consultants to undertake the research.

Yourorganisation has been identified as a leader in promoting the participation of CALD woman in leadership positions and we are keen to share your unique experiences, challenges and wisdom around this important project. Your case study will contribute to documenting the stories of CALD women on boards and in decision making roles within Australia.

Attached to this letter of invitation you will find the following documents:

  • A template for completing your case study (including cover page)
  • Project Background Information
  • Glossary of Project Terms

We recognise that your time is valuable and thank you in advance for your generous participation in this unique and unprecedented project. We are confident that by sharing your stories, we can contribute to the development of a research base on the participation of CALD women in leadership roles in Australia.

Whilst the information you provide as part of the case study will be public information, we also invite you to share additional thoughts that you prefer to remain strictly confidential and merged into an evidence base by the project researchers.

We expect that the case study template should take an hour to complete at the most. The project researchers will also contact you by phone or email to confirm your willingness to contribute to the select volume of case studies.

We kindly request that you submit your case study by 1st May 2013 at the latest. Submission details are included in the case study template.

Your perspective, expertise, and experience are important! The case studies are a great opportunity to share information, and identify successful practices and ongoing challenges in pathways to board and decision making leadership roles for CALD women.
