Responsibilities included continuous inservice training, administrative assistance, interpretation of state/federal law, federal funding, newsletters, and assessment of fee services. Additional duties involved: coordinating initiatives at state level, designing Special Population Conferences, conducting staff development in Leadership for School Reform, and participating in Literacy Task Force, Parent/Community Strategic Planning Team, and Bilingual/ESL Alternative Certification Program.
