Other Topics (all topics will not be covered at every meeting, but must be covered regularly)

  1. When looking at subgroups for interventions (ethnicity, sex, special education, etc) do you see any trends?
  2. Do you see any grade level trends with students responding to interventions?
  3. What Tier 2 or 3 updates, information, etc will be shared with staff this month?
  4. Are there overdue plans on Infinite Campus? What will be your procedures for ensuring those plans are ended correctly? (New plans started?)
  5. Are students’ intervention plans being updated regularly with progress monitoring data? What are procedures you can put in place to increase the fidelity of progress monitoring being updated on Infinite Campus?
  6. Any communications needed to be sent home? Any opportunities for families to come to school and become trained in or more engaged in RtI, including attendance?
