- Before the midpoint review meeting there must be at least one Critical Analysis of Practice, one observation and feedback from service users uploaded to the placement portfolio.
- In preparation for the midpoint review,section 1 of the development plan should be completed by the student and practice educator in advance of the meeting
The midpoint review meeting is to be attended by the student, practice educator/practice supervisor and link lecturer.

Please refer throughout to the Professional Capabilities Framework, HCPC Standards of Conduct and Ethics or the Standards of Proficiency. Specific detail is essential, particularly if concerns are identified.
