My duties in this position include

•  Manage and update the program portal

•  Coordinate daily program schedule and teaching material with Faculty members and assistants

•  Coordinate and track participant assignments, exams and Integrative exercise (collect, save, liaise with Faculty, record results, grading and Faculty feedbacks)

•  Liaise with ICP coordinator to follow up some administrative parts of the projects (grading, absence forms, etc.), with leadership, entrepreneurship assistants to organize the outdoors, entrepreneurship projects, plant visits

•  Coordinate and organize electives (scheduling, class lists, sign-up survey etc...)

•  Coordinate and consolidate participants' evaluations for distribution

•  Keep program library of all information and material distributed to participants and used on the program

•  Lecturer : I teach (Organization Development and Fundamentals of management)
