Dear colleagues,

We are pleased to invite you to participate in the International Scientific Conference “Leadership and Organization Development”, organized by University Centre for Conflict Management and Organizational Research, the Department of “Social, Work and Educational Psychology“, Faculty of Philosophy, Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski“.

The main topics in the conference are focused on the research and application perspectives and tendencies in work and organizational psychology, and human resources management in the business, public, educational and social sphere, politics and security.

INFORMATION FOR THE PARTICIPANTS

Scientific journal International Review with the abstracts of all papers will be provided to the participants in the conference during the registration.

Conference materials will be published in electronic edition “Leadership and Organization Development” of University Press “St. Kliment Ohridski”. The papers should be written in Bulgarian, Russian or English and each participant could present maximum two papers (leading author or co-author).

Technical requirements for paperS

1.  Total volume – maximum 8 pages.

2.  Formatting of the paper should be:

• Title – Font Size 14, in Capital Letters, Center, Bold;

• Full name of the author (authors), academic title, institution – Font Size 14, Lower case, Center, Bold;

• Blank line;

• Abstract – Font Size 10, First Line: 1 cm, Bold;

·  Keywords (maximum 5) – Font Size 10, Bold

• Blank line;

• Text of the paper – Font Size 12;

3.  The text of the paper must be in accordance with the following requirements:

·  Font – Times New Roman 12;

• Page Setup – Top: 25 mm, Bottom: 25 mm, Left: 25 mm, Right: 25 mm;

• Paper Size – A4;

• Line Spacing – Single;

• First Line: 1 cm.

4.  The charts must have numbers and captions – above, aligned right ;

5.  The graphics must have numbers and captions – below, aligned right;

6.  References in the text should be in round brackets, in the following form: (Family name of the author, Year of issue, Page (pages))

7.  Bibliography goes at the end of the paper, in the following form:

• In non-periodical publications: Author / Collective author / Editor (Year of issue). Title. Place of publication: Publisher.

• In periodical publications: Author / Collective author / Editor (Year of issue). Title. In: Source, number / volume, pages, Place of publication: Publisher.

• Electronic media and web addresses: Author (authors), “Title of article” (in quotes), Title of complete work (italic or underlined), Date of publication; <The exact address of the source - in angle brackets>; (Date of access – in round brackets).

8.  Name and e-mail of the author (authors) – it will be used by the Organizing Committee for contacting the author (authors).

9.  The Organizing Committee reserve the right to not publish papers, which are not relevant with the topics of the Conference or are not following the standards.
