Audit Procedures
Feedback and Annual Programme Monitoring Review

End of Semester 1 / Academic Staff Requirements / Admin Requirements
Questionnaires
(Feedback from students) / Issue questionnaires sometime in early /mid November, ensure that they are completed by students and returned to module organiser.
[SEE PROCEDURES DOCUMENT] / Module Secretary to provide blank questionnaires to Module Organiser.
Feedback used in Module Report (see below) / Module Secretary to provide questionnaire analysis (percentages responding 1/2/3/4/5to each question and one copy.
Internal Student Assessment (ISA) / Feedback to students / November - Module staff complete feedback (on spreadsheet or printed forms – to be agreed by MO); once complete return to Module Secretary.
One signed copy retained, one to be returned to student.
Feedback interviews may be offered. / Module Secretary to creates Feedback spreadsheet or printed forms using BOXI report (format agreed by MO).
Module secretary or module organiser will agree who will distribute feedback forms(emailed feedback or paper copy) and collect signed copies.
File signed copies in Audit file
Module Report [Review] / Module Organiser completes module review using feedback from questionnaires, grades and any class meetings. Copy to Programme Director & Committee Secretary

Programme Committees / Each Module Organiser reports on Module. Module reviewed, student comments/ discussion across modules, action points noted in minutes.
Convenor checks/amends draft minutes and returns to Committee secretary for issue. / Minutes taken and draft issued to Convenor.
Issue to committee and put up on Committee website.
Teaching Committee / Programme Directors Report.
End of Semester 2

Audit completion / Teaching Committee convenor compiles full Audit and ensures file is complete.
