New employees will be enrolled in the Fast Track Drilling and Completions Program – an intensive six-month training program based in the Landmark Corporate office in Houston, Texas. The curriculum will be a combination of technical software training, soft skills development, and on the job assignments. Practice exercises, team presentations and technical projects will ensure knowledge and skill retention. On the job training assignments will immerse the individual in Landmark’s corporate culture through rotation in our core functions. Exposure to Landmark’s full portfolio of drilling and completions software, networking with Houston technical staff and building a global consultant network will benefit the program graduate as they start and grow their career with Landmark.
Drilling and Completions Engineering
This role involves working as part of a large implementation and support team to directly engage with individual client users to assist with the Training and Mentoring of Landmark’s Engineering Drilling and Completions applications (Compass, Wellplan, StressCheck, & WellCat)
Consultants can also be expected to be involved in:
• On-Site Support of Landmark’s Engineering Drilling and Completions applications (Compass, Wellplan,
StressCheck, & WellCat)
• Development of custom training materials
• Configuration of Applications
• Working with clients to develop client specific Best Practices and Key Performance Indicators
• Capturing of clients requirements for modifications and enhancements
• Liaising with Landmark Development, Pre-sales and Support teams
Work Authorization: Candidates who are not a United States Citizen, Lawful Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee must be an F-1 visa holder with 9 months to one full year of Optional Practical Training (OPT) in the United States.
Characteristics:Skills are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree in petroleum, mechanical engineering or a minimum of 2 years oil field experience.
