A JOINT RESOLUTION TO DISAPPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL, RELATING TO SPECIFIC PROJECT STANDARDS FOR TIDELANDS AND COASTAL WATERS, DESIGNATED AS REGULATION DOCUMENT NUMBER 2629, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER 23, TITLE 1 OF THE 1976 CODE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Regulations disapproved
SECTION1.The regulations of the Department of Health and Environmental Control, relating to Specific Project Standards for Tidelands and Coastal Waters, designated as Regulation Document Number 2629, and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to the provisions of Article 1, Chapter 23, Title 1 of the 1976 Code, are disapproved.
Time effective
SECTION2.This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
Ratified the 3rd day of June, 2004.
Approved the 16th day of August, 2004.
