Insurance: A Certificate of Insurance be submitted with application for not less than $2,000,000 Commercial General Liability naming the Paris Agricultural Society as additional insured. This will be at the expense of the vendor. NO application will be accepted without insurance.

Brant County Health Unit: The Special Events Form for Food found on the Brant County Health Unit website must be submitted with this application and a copy made for yourself.

Vendor Passes:

All Vendors will receive a vendors’ package by May 10th. This package will include set up information, directions for entry and up to (4) show passes, unless additional passes are purchased at the time of this application. Additional vendor passes may be purchased for $5. Please state the number of passes required in this application.

Clean up and Grey water

We ask that each vendor be responsible for cleanup of their location and that it is left in the same manner as it was received. Garbage cans will be provided. NO Grey water dumping on any site. Please arrange with E& J Septic for grey water disposal.

Terms and Conditions

Assignment and Use by Others: Space is restricted to one Applicant per space. The Applicant may not assign its space or permit any other Applicant, person or organization to use any part of the space without the express written permission of the Super Pull Organizers.

Booth Content: Super Pull Organizers reserve the right to prohibit the display and/or distribution of materials it deems illegal, obscene or offensive. Organizers may limit the number and location of “same kind” vendors. All decisions are final.

Food Booth Set Up and Tear Down: Set up time is Friday June 8thfrom 2pm until 7pm. If you require set up the opening day of the Super Pull please contact Alice Stratford for an exception. The Paris Super Pull Organizers and Paris Agricultural Society is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred. ALL VENDOR VEHICLES MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE FAIRGROUNDS BY 9:30 AM – NO EXCEPTIONS. Vendor parking is provided in the marked area. Booths must not be taken down before 11:00 PM June 9,2018. Vehicle access to the grounds for take down recommences after that time.

Clean up: Applicants must leave their booth space in the same condition that it was received and must remove all garbage.

Fees: All fees are non-refundable.

Location of Booths: Event Organizers will assign specific locations to booths. Change to the location may be made at the sole discretion of Event Organizers.

Utilities: No electrical or water facilities will be provided to the booths. Unless arrangements have been made prior to event.

Waiver of Liability: By executing the Vendor Application Form, the applicant hereby assumes responsibility for, and agrees to indemnify and hold the Paris Super Pull and Paris Agricultural Society and their respective organizers, officers, directors, employees, volunteers and agents harmless from any liability or expense including governmental charges or fines and attorney’s fees in connection with any and all claims, demands and causes of action including but not limited to those for bodily injury, death or property damage, created by, arising out of or resulting from (i) installations, volunteer assistance, removal and maintenance of space , supplies, goods and/or equipment (ii) any goods, products, samples or souvenirs; (iii) Applicant activities at the event and occupancy or use of the facility or any part. (iv) Volunteer assistance.
