Travel Leaders Corporate Names Highly-Regarded Industry Veteran, Angie Licea, as Senior Vice President of Business Operations and Technology Development

Coral Gables, FL (May 8, 2012) – Today, Travel Leaders Corporate announced that Angie Licea has been named Senior Vice President of Business Operations and Technology Development. Licea leads both the Operations and Technology teams at Travel Leaders Corporate and is responsible for driving process improvement and increasing the operational efficiency and overall effectiveness of the company. She reports directly to Travel Leaders Corporate President David Holyoke effective immediately.

Licea brings nearly 25 years of travel industry and management experience to her new role. Before joining Travel Leaders Corporate, she held a variety of management roles at American Express and Rosenbluth International. For most of the last four years, she served as American Express’ Vice President of Global Client Services in which she implemented client services support in 12 countries, increased productivity by 25% in the first year and achieved one of the highest employee satisfaction results within any American Express Business Travel group.

Prior to that, Licea served as Vice President of Global Business Partnerships where she oversaw $1.5 billion in air sales for 16 global clients in a variety of industries such as: Pharmaceuticals, Financial, Technology and Manufacturing. Licea first joined Rosenbluth International in 1997 and remained with the company after it was acquired by American Express in 2003. Before that, she worked for Thomas Cook and US Airways.
