Preventing Sexual Harassment
All university employees need to go through the online training module on preventing sexual harassment. You also need to take the short test at the end and get at least 80% correct to pass. Please print out the certificate that shows you have passed, and submit a copy to your Tutoring Coordinator. After completing this process, record 1 hour on your timesheet as “Online Training” for whatever date and time is appropriate.
Instructions:
1. Go to https://myhr.umsystem.edu
2. Log in with your User ID and Password
Note: Some people have reported being unable to log in. If this happens to you, just wait a week or so and try again. If you are still unable to log in, let your Tutoring Coordinator know, and we will track down the problem and get it fixed.
3. Select the link labeled “Self-Service”
4. Click on “Personal Information”
5. Choose “HR Training – PSH” (NOT PED) to commence the training

After reading the Chancellor’s letter select “Continue” at the bottom of the page.
6. On the page labeled “Preventing Sexual Harassment,” select the version of the training module that is most applicable to your relationship to the University (e.g., Faculty, Supervisory, Non-supervisory, etc.)
7. Follow the directions in the training module to move through the entire module.
8. Complete the Mastery Test. You must score 80% to pass the test. You may re-take the test as many times as needed to master the information.
9. Once your test score is 80 percent or above, please complete your personal information located at the end of the test and click the button below to create the certificate and record your results. The certificate should be printed and turned in to your Tutoring Coordinator.
