Turn in progress reports to the office to be mailed home. Do not give progress reports to students.
Secure School Site During Breaks- Be sure to close and secure all classroom windows and doors, lock valuables in cabinets, take home personal items and laptops, lock desks and cabinets, turn off HVAC system, and unplug any non-essential electronic devices during the winter break. The school will be unavailable 12/19 through 1/10 due to the office flooring project, so please take anything you want to work on home. No one will be allowed access due to the project.
Custodial Cleaning Schedule-Daily, in all rooms: Paper & debris picked up, furniture aligned, floors spot mopped, heating/A/C off, blinds adjusted, whiteboard trays, sinks, soap dispensers and wastebaskets cleaned, wastebaskets emptied, and doors locked. Every other Day: Full sweeping and vacuuming. Dusting is once every 3 weeks. If you need additional vacuuming or extra cleaning, please notify M. Larane in writing so that he can plan to get it done on Sundays. If you feel that your room has not been thoroughly cleaned, please notify M. Larane & M. Pierce immediately. We want to ensure that classrooms are clean and ready for students each day.
Parking Lot-Staff parking passes will be issued to help us keep the staff parking lot available to staff. Please put the pass in your dashboards. We will be parking closer together to fit more vehicles in the lot. You do not need to stay inside the white lines, so park as close to your neighbor car as possible.
