Getting Started:

  1. Connect to the Internet and access RESX.

2.  Enter your login information on the login page.

3.  Enter your arrival and departure cities, and the dates and times you would like to fly. Click Login and Continue.

4.  On the Welcome page click Search.

5.  If either of your cities has more than one airport, the Verify Cities page will appear. Choose the one you want, and then click Continue.

6.  The next two screens let you choose whether you want to rent a car or reserve a hotel room.

7.  At the Itinerary Choice screen you can choose to view the system’s suggested itinerary or select one of your own. Select the View Suggested Itinerary radio button, and then click Continue.

8.  View your itinerary. From here you can choose to reserve or purchase your trip as is, or mix and match from other options that were returned.

9.  Purchase and then a Reporting screen will appear before you can complete you will need to process your Travel Requisition. (From your Travel Requisition you will obtain your Department Code and your Air Ticket Requisition number.)

10.  Go back to Reporting screen, choose division, insert department # (five digits) and travel requisition #, choose type of travel from drop-down box and then click continue.

11.  Reservation has been submitted for ticketing will appear on the screen.

12.  Reservation is then ticketed by Travel and Transport and passenger will receive e-mail confirmation with ticket number.

Additional Information & Frequent Questions:

Keep in mind this is a live site. When you purchase a ticket you are “buying” that ticket. There is a way to save the flight itinerary you choose without purchasing the ticket. When you are in the screen that has “purchase now” on the bottom, look at the top right hand side of the screen for the words “save research”. Click on the save research and you will have saved your itinerary. To access the saved itinerary click on “Trips and Templates”. Please note the airfare is not stored and is subject to change.

Since this product is supported by our onsite travel agency you will only be able to purchase tickets from 12:00 AM Monday’s through 5:00 PM Friday’s. Tickets cannot be purchased on the weekend. You will need to contact the 24-hour emergency service (888-413-7269) for any immediate ticketing needs on Saturday’s and Sunday’s. (This is the same as it is now.)

If you choose an airfare that is not the lowest fare offered, you will be prompted to select a reason for not choosing the lowest fare.

How do I add or update my frequent flyer information?

·  Login in to ResX

·  From the main menu click on the link on the upper right-hand side called Profile.

·  This screen will allow you to update all of your travel profile information.
- Personal Information
- Billing Information (credit cards)
- Travel Preferences
- Password
- Membership Numbers
- Travel Planners
- Display Options

·  Next click on the submenu called “Membership Numbers”

·  From here you can simply add, edit or delete your air, car or hotel memberships

How do I change or expand my time window when doing an air search?

·  From any of the air search screens (round trip, one way or multiple cities)

·  Click on the “Change Preferences” link on the right-hand side of the screen.

·  This screen will allow you to update any of the following air search criteria.
- Class of service
- Preferred airlines
- Connections
- Time window
- Seat Preferences
- Meal Preferences
- Etc.

·  Simply click on the drop-down menu called “Time Window” and choose your new time window range. Note: Keep in mind a time window is plus or minus the number of hours you select, so for example if you enter two hours that would tell the system to look two hours before and two hours after your selected time.

How do I add a travel arranger to my profile?

·  In order for someone to be able to make travel arrangements on your behalf in ResX they must first be authorized to do so by you.

·  To authorize some one to make your travel, simply go to the Profile menu.

·  Click on the “Travel Planners” link

·  Next click on the “Add New Travel Planner” link near the bottom of the page.

·  Then simply enter the member ID (generally their full email address). The system will allow you to enter up to five planners at a time. If you have more simply click on the “Add New Travel Planner” link again to add more.

How do I revise my flight search without losing my current search information?

·  If you wish to make a slight change to your existing search, such as change dates or times, but what to retain everything else simply click on the “Cancel and restart search” link on the upper right-hand side of the air availability page.

·  This will take you back to the search page and all dates, times, cities, etc. will be saved from your original search.

·  Now you can easily change that one piece of information and re do your search without having to re-type in all of the information again.

When looking at the Trips & Templates page I noticed that one of the trips I purchased earlier still does not show up as “Ticketed”, should I be alarmed?

·  No, the Trips & Templates page is “cached” from the last time you were here so you should expect to see the same status on each of the trips.

·  If you want to get an update on the status of your purchase, you can simply click on “View” next to the trip and it will automatically refresh the status of it.

What should I do if I’ve forgotten my account password?

·  The system is setup to be able to email you you’re your current password.

·  To retrieve your lost password simply go to the login page (http://www.tandt.com/ts/ISU) and click on the “Lost Password” link in the lower left-hand corner.

·  The system will prompt you to enter your last name, email address and the company name (Company name = ISU), simply fill this out and click submit.

·  The system will automatically email your login information to you within seconds.

What should I do if I have other questions or problems?

·  First check the online help system, which can be accessed by clicking on the symbol on any page.

·  You can also click on the “Contact a Travel Agent” link at the top of any page to have your question directed to a live travel counselor or send an email to . If you have a technical question or feedback on the system you can click the “Feedback” link at the top of any page.
