v  Reference Letters: To request a reference letter:

1. Collect a member’s Reference Letter Requisition Form from the wall across from Nursery in the foyer of the Administrative Building

2. Follow the instructions to complete the form. You must complete and sign Part 1 for Applicants and submit to your Sunday School Teacher/ Divisional Director to fill in Part 2.

3. The form must then be submitted to the Church Office at least 7 days prior to the date that the reference letter is needed.

v  Members Travelling: Members traveling overseas are asked to complete a Travel Form (located on the wall in the foyer next to the Nursery). Submit completed form to an Usher or the Church office.
