GriefShare 13-week Program Begins February 24 - If you havelost a loved one -considerGriefShare. It is a special seminar and support group for people grieving the loss of someone close. The 13-week program begins Tuesday February 25th at Mt. Pleasant UMC at 4289 Red Bud Rd in Calhoun, from 6:00-7:30 pm. NEW! Gordon County Child Advocacy Center opened on Monday, Feb 3, to serve child victims of sexual and physical abuse. Some needs for the center include: snacks and drinks, hand-made blankets and volunteers who are willing to complete a background check.
