Volunteers to help set up/clean up for Coed Tournament on Friday night/Sunday afternoon:Bob asked that all available board members meet at the field on Friday at 4:30pm to set up for the tournament, as well as help clean up after the tournament on Sunday.
Committee reports:
Concessions: Sandi reported prior to the meeting that she will oversee hiring high school students to work the concession stand during the tournament.
Marketing: The marketing committee reported that they have lined up 2 sponsors for the Coed Tournament (Thibodeau’s Liquor and Alaska USA FCU), in addition to AK Outdoor Wearhouse & Embroidery who gave JSA a discount on tournament award printing and Kappler Computer Services who have agreed to assist with tournament scheduling.
Additionally, Thibodeau’s Liquor has provided coupons to be put in each of the manager’s packets that will be good during the tournament weekend at all Thibodeau’s locations.
