Dear friend of the Club,
Greetings from at the Boys & Girls Club of Lunenburg! As you likely already know, we serve the families and youth of Lunenburg by providing a safe and enriching environment after-school. It is a positive place where children socialize, do homework, make meaningful connections with adult role models, and take advantage of opportunities they might not otherwise have. Our Club is a non-profit program, open from 2-6pm, for students in grades 6-10. Our attendance and membership are at record-breaking numbers, and with more than 150 kids registered and an average of 80 kids coming through our doors each day, we’ve had to create a waiting list!
We will be holding our 4th annual “gameshow” fundraiser on Friday, March 11th, 2016, entitled “ARE YOU SMARTER THAN OUR 6TH GRADERS?” Our 6th grade members will participate with members of the community to see who really is smarter than a 6th grader! Our goal for this event is to raise $14,000 to support our “Project Learn” academic enrichment programing. We ask you to please consider supporting this event to help us continue to develop and deliver the programming and activities that are both fun and educational for our members.
$100.00 will sponsor a round for this event. All sponsors will be displayed on the game board for the entirety of the round. Sponsors will also have a business card size acknowledgement in the event program, which may include a special offer to their business, if desired. A power point with company logo will also run on the stage before and after the event and between rounds. Best of all, Lunenburg Public Cable Access will be recording and re-broadcasting the event, which was an exciting addition last year! Private companies cannot advertise on local cable access, but your support will be repeatedly promoted throughout the broadcast! Please indicate below how you would like your sponsorship to appear.
