Rates are per foot per annum: Non-residents £45.00 Residents £46.80

Rates include VAT on mooring fees and the service charge [water, secure parking for one vehicle, maintenance of marina and access road, WIFI, mail handling and use of toilets and showers]

Mooring Rates are charged on actual berths not the footage of the boats

The maximum overhang allowed is 4ft

Overnight moorings are £10.00 per night, maximum of 4 nights

·  The invoicing year runs from 1st January. Mooring fees are payable in advance

·  Our standard invoicing period is quarterly in advance

·  * Mooring fees paid annually in advance from 1st Jan are subject to 5% discount

·  + Monthly invoices are by prior arrangement and subject to a 10% surcharge

·  No credits will be issued for periods already invoiced

SHORT TERM: Up to 3 months will be invoiced for full period

LONG TERM: 3 months and over will be invoiced quarterly or annually if preferred

VAT is calculated at 20% and price adjustments will apply if the rate changes
