BUSINESS LICENSE RENEWAL NOTICE

Dear Owner or Manager
Your City of Bryant business privilege license expires December 31st, 2016 the annual fee is due January 1st 2017. Any business privilege license fee which shall not have been paid by March 31st 2017 shall be considered delinquent and twenty five percent (25%) of the unpaid balance shall be added as penalty for non-payment, provided you have not chosen to pay the privilege fee in two installments under the provisions of this ordinance. A copy of this ordinance is available on request.
FAILURE TO APPLY
It is considered a misdemeanor for any person, firm, or corporation carrying on a profession or occupation with in the City of Bryant to fail and/or refuse to comply with any of the provisions of this ordinance. Upon conviction of such violation the offender shall be fined in an amount no less than $500.00 for each separate violation.
Enclosed is the application and fee schedule for your business privilege license. Please complete page 1 and enclose the proper fee from the schedule provided. Please return to the Permits Department located inside the Police Department at 312 Roya Ln. Bryant, AR 72022. On receiving you application your business privilege license certificate will be processed and mailed back to you within 15 business days.
You can also renew your business privilege license on-line. Go to
www.cityofbryant.com, City Department / Code Enforcement and click the link business license renewal. Your business privilege license certificate will be mailed back to you within 15 days.
