All applications must be received on or before April 15, 2011. Applications must be completed electronically and should include the following:

Recommendation letters should be completed by a National Officer, if possible, Greek Advisor, or Faculty Advisor. Only one recommendation letter per applicant please. Recommendation must be sent from writer directly to Foundation at .

All applications are to be completed electronically and submitted via email to the National Office. Incomplete, and/or late applications will not be considered!

Please be aware that only completed applications can be processed. Please understand that it is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that all required information is received in a timely manner.
