Feast Menu @ £32.50/head

Our feast menu has proved a big hit with large corporate functions & wedding parties alike. The menu offers something different to the norm by offering an informal interactive & fun dining experience whilst maintaining a formal seating arrangement.

First course: finger food served as hearty welcome snacks on arrival (choose three)

-  Croquettes (salt cod or smoked ham)

-  Vegetable empanadas & spicy salsa

-  Chicken liver parfait & red onion chutney crostini

-  Vodka cured salmon & beetroot relish crostini

-  Spicy tiger prawn skewers

-  Scotch eggs & virgin Mary sauce

-  Mini pies (seasonal filling)

-  Mediterranean vegetable skewers

-  Chicken satay skewers

-  Mini sausage & red onion marmalade rolls

-  Wild mushroom & gorgonzola arancini

-  Creamed goats cheese & tapenade tartlets

Second course: served at tables, formally set, on large boards & bowls for guests to help themselves. Our cuts of meat are slow cooked over charcoal on our smoker for added flavour.

Char-grilled whole fore-ribs of British beef Tuscan style (cooked and cut for a selection of different cooking temps – the outer areas will be medium well and the inner areas rare)

Whole slow roasted butterflied legs of lamb infused with garlic & rosemary

Served with the following:

Whole dressed side of poached Scottish salmon

Mini garlic & thyme roast potatoes or potato & chive salad

Warm broad bean, French bean, garden pea, roasted red pepper & red onion salad or

English garden & Heritage tomato salad

Vegetarian pie (seasonal filling) as a vegetarian option

Third course: served on the bar as a buffet (choose one)

-  Sticky toffee date pudding & honeycomb ice cream,

-  Sunken chocolate cake & clotted cream

-  Eton Mess (seasonal fruit),

-  Profiteroles & hot chocolate sauce,
