1. Is the application for AIPH recognition supported by a (national) member organization of AIPH?
2. What is the status of the organizers of the exhibition? (i.e. Professional organization, public institution, private company or other society).
3. Is (are) the professional organization(s) of the horticultural sector of your country represented in the organizing committee? Who are these representatives (please give names and positions in the professional organization(s)).
4. Do you undertake to meet all financial obligations concerning the exhibition, including all payments due to exhibitors?
5. Has the financial guarantee, related to AIPH recognition, been paid (Regulations, Chapter I: 1.3 and Chapter II: 2.1.4 - 2.2.4 - 2.3.4 and 2.4.4)?
6. Does your exhibition form part of another event?

15. Have arrangements been made to ensure that participating horticulturists are provided with their exhibition space free of charge?
16. Will the organizers make available to the exhibitors the following materials and services free of charge: grass, substrate, water, electricity and heating? (Regulations, Chapter V: 5.5).
17. Do you undertake to refund the exhibitors the transport costs of their exhibits – in accordance with the conditions of Chapter V, par. 5.2 of the Regulations?
18. Do you undertake to pay - in accordance with Chapter V, par. 5.7 of the Regulations – prizes in money or a compensation for depreciation of the plants and flowers exhibited?
