OLD BUSINESS
Flower/Water Sales – Bye Bye Birdie, November 18 7p, 19 2p & 7p, 20 2p
Andrea has emailed Eva with the go ahead to order the flowers and supplies (125 assorted color carnations, greenery and baby’s breath). Cathey has tissue and ribbon in her attic from prev years. Need to make signs. Get cash box and change.
We have 4 cases of water Delisa purchased last weekend (in Andrea’s garage). Need coolers and ice.
Can we/Should we “stuff” programs with FAB membership info? Or just have stack on table?
Who can work?
Art to Remember – First batch of orders has been sorted and mailed in. There will be one “late” order batch to be sent in by the end of this week.
Dessert/Banquet date– May 3, 2012 Primary Commons. Cathey mailed George to see if Primary was still avail for this date.
Senior Night recognition wrap up – October 21, 6:40p Football field (band and flag seniors)
3 kids (two band/one flag). All went well. Need to pay Eva for our portion of flowers (22.50).
Pumpkin Fundraiser wrap up –How much did we end up making? Need to send a thank you note to Reinbott’s. What is the progress on the “event” this money is to be used for?
Conference Choirwrap up– Sat. Oct. 29th
All seemed to go well on Sat. Need to get everyone reimbursed that needs to be. Should we send thank you to Bapt Church for letting us use their kitchen?
