Ice costs based on 20 skaters, final invoice will be adjusted to reflect
correct number of skaters. If Euro exchange rate changes again final invoice will be adjusted, either up or down.
Additional Private lessons if required will cost £10-00 or Euro 15
for 15 minutes.
FLIGHTS / TRAVEL
Flights to Ljubljana are on Adria Airways from London Gatwick, also Easyjet from Stanstead. Please remember that scheduled airlines allow greater baggage allowance which is important with sports equipment. Travel to and fro Ljubljanais left for you to arrange which route is most convenient for you. Also using your credit card to purchase the flights gives insurance cover on most airlines.
A private coach will be arranged to meet the flights and take you to the hotel. The cost will be added to your final invoice. If 20 persons attend the course the coach will be £14 round trip (£7 each way, more people the cost will be less per person.
INSURANCE
INSURANCE is not included as some people already have an annual travel insurance policy. You will need to confirm you have insurance cover when booking. Whenever travelling it is also advisable to get an E111 document for health which gives reciprocal treatment in an EU country.

The Hotel Jelovica Bled is a 3* plus hotel, by a pleasant park which leads down to the lake shore and within walking distance from the ice rink. The hotel is close to the old town centre and has wonderful views of the lake. All accommodation booked for the skating school have lake views. Hotel Jelovica also has wellness facilities including indoor swimming pool, fitness, saunas and solarium.
