Note: Prof Noni and Dr Kollman will oversee the facilitators during the training.Small group Research Sessions .Those participating in the program will be divided into groups.Each group will remain together throughout the course as they develop, refine and complete their research proposal .These sessions will be facilitated to help them focus the research proposal and develop their plan.
Each group will give a 10 minute research presentation at the end of the course (Day 10)
