There will be no tables or electricity available at Atkins Field. The spaces are 10’ wide by 10’ deep.
A chamber member will be at the field by 7:30 a.m. so setup can be finished by 10 a.m.

VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
◊ All vendors are encouraged to bring their own canopy/tent if they wish. The standard size of
10x10 works great- if yours is a different size – let us know and we will make adjustments
v If a vendor is selling a handmade product, the product must be constructed by the person renting the space.
v Items made elsewhere (such as a foreign country), made from kits, or crafted in a one step process are unacceptable. Non-complying items must be withdrawn from display.
v Decide you'd rather sell quilts instead of the quince jam originally registered? Please contact a coordinator for approval!
v Cancellations made 30 days prior to the fair dates will be refunded.
v Displays are to remain set up until the closing time of each fair.
v Any exhibitor who leaves early; fails to appear for the fair; or demonstrates unrespectable behavior, will not be invited to future fairs.
v Spaces cannot be given or sold to others without prior permission.
