OPEN GYM- Open gym for PK-12 students will be held from 1:00-3:00 in the high school gym on the following Sundays: Feb. 12, Feb. 19, and Feb. 26. Separate shoes should be brought for this event. Please do not plan on being able to get to your school locker as hallway doors may be locked.

WARRIOR OF THE WEEK-K-Annie Balvin, 1-Owen Shafer, 2-Addison Beckman, 4-Connor Brooke, 5-Dylan Shull and Tyler Ballard, 6-Kyla Roberts.

FOR SALE- The HLV school has for sale by sealed bids the preschool play area, swings and dome climber. All items will need to be removed between March 25 and April 1. Sealed bids are due by March 9 at 3:30 pm. Please submit your bids to Carol in the superintendent’s office.

POP TABS- The December and January winners were Mrs. Ely’s and Mrs. Dodd’s class. They ended in a tie. Keep up the good work!

Monday-6-Haystacks, romaine/tom, black bean salsa, corn, pineapple or fresh fruit (breakfast pizza)

Tuesday-7-Chicken filet, mash pot, carrots, peaches or fresh fruit, dinner roll (waffle sticks/fruit)

Wednesday-8-Hamburger/bun, romaine/tomato, baked beans, tri tater, fruit cocktail or fresh fruit (breakfast bar/toast)

The Williamsburg Rec Center is hosting a youth spring softball and baseball league and a 3 on 3 basketball tournament. If you are interested in this information, contact Carol in the office.

5K Family Bunny Hop

PHT, Parents Helping Teachers, are hosting a 5K Family Bunny Hop on Easter weekend. It will be held in the morning on Saturday, April 15.

Here are the events at the Victor Public Library for February:

Saturday, February 4 from 9:00-12:00. Tech Day. Janet will be on site to help with any of your tech questions.

Saturday, February 11 at 10:00. Come celebrate National Don’t Cry Over Spilt Milk Day with a special story time complete with crafts, activities, and milk and cookies! This activity will target children aged 0-8 but all ages are welcome.

Saturday, February 11 from 1:00-3:00 Game Day! Beat the winter blues by coming to an afternoon of fun. We’ll break out the Wii, board games, card games, and puzzles. Open to all ages.

Friday, February 24 at 6:30: Movie Night. The library will be showing The BFG this month. Bring a pillow, blanket, and clear drinks. Popcorn is provided. All ages are welcome!

Saturday, February 25 at 10:00 Fairy Tale Banquet. We’re celebrating National Tell a Fairytale Day with a medieval morning of fun that includes activities, crafts, and food. This event targets preschool through elementary aged youth, though all ages are welcome. Costumes are encouraged – think princesses and princes, magicians, fairies, knights, etc. An RSVP is required for this event.

Please also note that the library will have adult coloring during the day every Wednesday from 10:00-12:00 in the month of February and will also have an evening opportunity on Monday, February 20 at 6:00 – bring a snack to share. Both are open for any adult interested in relaxing while coloring. Materials are provided but you can also bring your own.
