OBJECTIVE:
The purpose of this camp is to help girl/woman wrestlers to improve in all areas of wrestling. This camp will strive to challenge all participants to grow technically as a wrestler and provide the knowledge to continuing development after leaving the camp. Across the state and nation there are hundreds of camps that you can attend, but you will probably be the only girl there. This camp will provide you with an opportunity to practice in a setting where there are only GIRLS! Many of the girls who are attending this camp will be training to compete in the Fargo Junior National Championships. Come join these devoted, dedicated, hardworking and determined National Champion hopefuls.

All athletes are expected to attend all sessions, be on their best behavior, come ready to learn each practice, bring enough practice clothing to change after ever practice, and be ready to work hard.

Please bring all the supplies you will need for wrestling practices, showers, hiking, swimming, canoeing, running, flashlight tag, and some warm clothes for sitting around the campfire. Any parents wanting to camp out or bring a camper please call and reserve your spot with the campground. We will expect each adult to pitch in for food and activities and we may need you to help with meals and transportation.
