LEVEL I - Retained Search –The Retained Search is the highest level of commitment and recruitment service provided by Global Executive Solutions Group. This approach represents the ultimate partnering between the client and our Practice Leaders. We will conduct a highly coordinated search whereby we dedicate our Practice Leader's and project team's time. This option assures the maximum effort in securing qualified candidates. In addition, candidates presented will not be introduced to any other clients during this search process.
The Placement Agreement for this service is based on the candidate's first year's compensation (12 month annualized), including actual accepted base salary, realistic bonus, incentive, commission potential and sign-on bonus. Upon initiation of a retained search, the client pays one-third of the estimated fee. Upon presentation of the short list of three candidates, the client pays an additional one-third. The final one-third is paid upon acceptance of the offer. There is a 90 day replacement guarantee.
LEVEL II - Priority Search–The Priority Search requires our Practice Leader to give a high level of commitment to the search process. We will conduct a comprehensive search whereby we dedicate our Practice Leader's and researcher’s time. Candidates presented will not be introduced to any other clients for a period of 30 days.
The Placement Agreement for this service is based on the candidate's first year's compensation (12 month annualized), including actual accepted base salary, realistic bonus, incentive, commission potential and sign-on bonus. Upon initiation of a Priority Search, the client pays twenty percent of the estimated fee. The balance is paid upon acceptance of the offer. There is a 60 day replacementguarantee.
