Are you doing exactly what you want to do with your life? Are you frustrated in your search for happiness and meaning? If you feel that there is something missing in your life and you want to create a better future, then this course is for you.

Come to our home and meet your hosts, Dr. Paul T. P. Wong and Dr. Lilian C. J. Wong.

Come and learn from the best. This is the only free introductory course offered by the International Network on Personal Meaning (INPM). Don’t miss this unique opportunity.

Different from many other self-development courses, we focus on knowing your true self as an essential step towards self-improvement. If you discover what makes you truly human and what makes you tick as a unique human being, then everything else will fall into its right place.

To know thyself is our greatest challenge, says Plato.

To know yourself is also our best investment, says Paul T. P. Wong

In this course, you will learnthe following:

  • How toknow your core essence as well as yourstrengths and weaknesses.
  • How to make the best use of your gifts in serving the greater good.
  • How to cope more effectively with your predicaments and stresses in life.
  • How to become unstuck from whatever issues are troubling you.
  • How to express yourself freely and authentically.
  • How to develop and maintain healthy relationships.
  • How to live a more fulfilling life than what you are experiencing now.
  • How to discover the deeper meaning of wholeness and connectiveness.

A number of psychological instruments will be used for participants to facilitate and monitor progress in personal development. These test materials are used for self-reflection purposes.

It will be an intensive course with three sessions, 3 hours per session. Each session consists of the following: (1) A brief introductory lecture, (2) Completion of self-assessment tests, (3) Self-reflection exercises, (4) Sharing of relevant experiences, (5) Giving and receiving feedback, and (6) Group interactions.

Through the above involvements, participants will gain greater self-understanding, enjoy better relationships, and experience deeper life satisfaction.

This course is offered free of charge, but participants are asked to make a donation to cover material costs and refreshments.

For those who want to receive a Certificate of course completion, they will need to pay a nominal fee of $15and complete the psychological tests as part of the course. This certificate can serve as part of the documentation of self-development for the Safe and Effective Use of Self requirement for the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
