Bihor County Youth and Sport Department are pleased to invite you to the
9TH EDITION of the ROMANIAN OPEN SUMMER CUP
1. General Information
Date and place: 11-14 June 2015, Oradea-Romania.
Sports hall: UNIVERSITY SPORTHALL, 1 Fagarasului Street, Oradea, 410087 Bihor County.
Registration: fill the registration forms from the site www.fdsmc.ro and send them to the e-mail: (if there is not an online entry system) until June 3rd 2015 (including). Competition entry, schedules, checking and fees payments will be made on Thursday - June 11th 2015 in the lobby of the Continental Forum**** Hotel Oradea (1 Strandului street) between 2-7 PM (local time).
Changes: any changes of the registration forms made after the registration deadline (June 3rd 2015, 11:59 PM), will be charged with 5 EURO/each change (except for the competitors withdrawal).

2. Fees
A. The participation for individuals: 15 EURO/competitor.
B. The participation for teams: 20 EURO – a single payment for all the events, separately for each team – kids, juniors, seniors, male, female;
C. Umpires: The attending clubs must provide:
1 umpire/club for clubs that have between 1 and 10 competitors,
2 umpires/club for clubs that have between 11 and 20 competitors,
3 umpires/club for clubs that have over 21 competitors.
If the clubs don’t have the required number of umpires, there will be a fee of 30 euro for each referee missing.
Local Organizer will pay for all umpires accommodation starting Thursday, June 11st 2015, 12.00 until Monday June 15th 2015 11:00 a.m. and will be in one of the announced places, during the registration day. The Organization board will also provide a free lunch for each umpire (except drinks) during the competition days (friday & saturday).
3. Schedule of the competition:
Thursday- June 11st 2015:
Arrival to the accommodation place, Continental Forum**** Hotel Oradea City (1 Strandului street) or at Bihor County Camps Administration Oradea, 11 Mihai Eminescu street, postal code: 410019 before 5 PM (local time). The Accommodation confirmations will be sent until June 3rd 2015 to the e-mail: . After this date the Organization Board has no responsibility for booking.
12.00 Press Conference;
14.00 – 19.00 Registrations in the hotel Hall (Continental Forum**** Hotel);
19.30 - 20.30 Umpires meeting will take place in the Hall of Continental Forum Hotel of Oradea; The Umpires will be dressed in umpire suit according to the I.T.F. Umpire Rules.
20.30- 21.30 Technical Meeting for drawing will take place in the Hall of Continental Forum Hotel
of Oradea. The presence of 1 coach/club is necessary.
Friday - June 12nd 2015:
08.00- 08.15 - arrival to the sports hall;
08.30- 13.00 – competition / awarding ceremony;
13.00 - 14.45 – lunch break;

Competition Rules: for juniors III, II, I and seniors, the competition and umpire rules is on E.I.T.F, ITF and Romanian Federation of Korean Martial Sports rules.
4. Coaches and Umpires
Coaches:
a) Must wear sport clothing and carry a towel on the sparring area;
b) One single coach will be present on the sparring area.
Umpires:
The umpires must attend the Umpires Meeting on Thursday June 11st 2015, 7.30 p.m. (local time) in the lobby of the Continental Forum Hotel of Oradea. Those who are not present to the Umpire Meeting will be excluded from the umpires list and they lose all facilities.
5. Contest events and division:
l Competitors number - unlimited number/category at patterns and sparring, and the lowest rank required is 8 Gup (yellow belt).
- 3 competitors/category at special techniques and power breaking
Juniors III and II (kids):
· Individual pattern - (male and female): Kup 8-7; 6-5; 4-3; 2-1;
· Team pattern - (male and female): -14 years Kup 8-1;
· Individual sparring (6-8 years, male and female): -110 cm; -120 cm; -130 cm; +130 cm
· Individual sparring (8-10 years) Male: -32 kg; -40 kg; +40 kg;
Female: -30 kg; -35 kg; +35 kg;
· Individual sparring (10-12 years) Male: -35 kg; -45 kg; -55 kg; +55 kg;
Female: -35 kg; -40 kg; -45 kg; +45 kg;
· Individual sparring (12 -14 years) Male/Female: -42 kg; -50 kg; -58 kg; +58 kg;
· Individual special techniques, two divisions: 10-12 years and 12-14 years, male and female; (only Twimyo nopi chagi and Twimyo nomo chagi)
Juniors I (14 – 18 years):
§ Individual pattern - (male and female): colored belts Kup 8-5, 4-1 , I DAN, II DAN;
§ Team pattern - (male and female): junior competitors, is allowed to add max.2 kids;
§ Individual sparring male: -45 kg; -51 kg; -57 kg; -63 kg; -69 kg; -75 kg; +75 kg
§ Individual sparring female: -40 kg; -46 kg; -52 kg; -58 kg; -64 kg; -70 kg; +70kg
§ Team sparring- male and female: minimum 5 junior competitors, maximum 5 + 1- all junior competitors, no kids allowed;
§ Individual power test - male and female: no kids allowed;
§ Team power test - male and female: (minimum 3 junior competitors, maximum 5 + 1- all junior competitors, no kids allowed);
§ Individual special techniques - male and female: no kids allowed;
§ Team special techniques - male and female: (minimum 3 junior competitors, maximum 5 + 1- all junior competitors, no kids allowed);
Seniors (18 – 35 years):
o Individual pattern - male and female: colored belts Kup 8-5, 4-1, I DAN, II DAN, III DAN and IV-VI DAN;
o Team pattern - male and female: senior competitors, is allowed to add maximum 2 juniors;
o Individual sparring male: -57 kg; -64 kg; -71 kg; -78 kg; -85 kg; +85 kg;
o Individual sparring female: -51 kg; -57 kg; -63 kg; -69 kg; -75 kg; +75 kg;
o Team sparring - male and female: minimum 3 senior competitors, maximum 5+1- competitors; is allowed to add maximum 2 juniors with 17 years fulfilled besides three seniors;
o Individual power test - male and female: no juniors allowed;
o Team power test - male and female: minimum 3 senior competitors, maximum 5+1 competitors; is allowed to add maximum 2 juniors with 17 years fulfilled besides three seniors;
o Individual special techniques - male and female: no juniors allowed;
o Team special techniques - male and female: minimum 3 senior competitors, maximum 5+1 competitors; is allowed to add maximum 2 juniors with 17 years fulfilled besides three seniors;
o Old boys sparring: from male competitors between 35-45 years (old boys), on the following categories: -65 kg; 66-75 kg, 76-85 kg and +85 kg.

9. Other information
- During the competition in the sports hall there will be a stand with competition and style promotional products (t-shirts, key chains etc.);
