Law, University of Nairobi
: Has taught a wide variety of subjects at the School of Law and other Schools, faculties and departments of the University of Nairobi.
: The subjects taught at the Faculty of Law include Crimes, Criminal Procedure and Practice, Judicial Review, Criminology, Penology, Professional Ethics and Responsibility, Family Law and Law of Succession.
1995-2000 : A Law Lecturer at the Kenya School
of Law, teaching Law of Succession and Family Law.
2. As Advocate/Lawyer
2001 – todate : Practises law as a partner in Messrs
Musyoka & Wambua, Advocates, in addition to teaching law at the University of Nairobi. Is in charge of Court Department. Involved largely in court matters but has lately engaged in drafting legislation. The law practice adds emerge value to teaching. Specialises in probate practice, family law, debt collection and personal injury litigation.

(a) Law of Succession. Published a textbook on Law of Succession in 2006 through Law Africa Publishing (K) Ltd.
(b) Family Law. Currently working on a draft textbook on the subject.

b) The 2002 Oxford Conference on “The Changing Face of International Cooperation in Criminal Matters in the 21st Century” at Christ Church, Oxford, U.K., 27th – 30th August, 2002.
c) Was a visiting Scholar at the Centre of African Studies, School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, U.K. doing research on African Customary Law, 9th January, 2004 – 18th March, 2004.
G. POSITIONS OF RESPONSIBIITY AT THE FACULTY

f) Drafted proposals on the regulations and curriculum for the teaching of a law course leading to the award of Postgraduate Certificate in law. This is designed for law graduates from foreign Universities seeking admission to the Kenyan bar. The programme was to be undertaken on behalf of the Council for Legal Education (C.L.E) (2002).
