3.5.3The Video subgroup recommends to nominate the following persons as editors of 14496-4:2004 Amd.10: Felix Fernandes, Joseph Meehan, Minhua Zhou and Jennifer Webb.
3.5.4The Video subgroup has produced a second WD for a future corrigendum of Visual Conformance bitstreams. It is planned to promote the Draft Corrigendum by the October 2004 meeting. So far, only a small number of streams that are known to be erroneous have been updated by previous contributors or other experts. Furthermore, some bitstreams are missing or erroneously referenced in the specification tables. The video subgroup announces once again that it will be necessary to specify deletion of the bitstreams which would not be fixed or available by the time of DCOR approval. After COR approval (January 2005), this could imply a follow-up action in which the respective profiles and levels will be removed from 14496-2. Affected profiles are the Visual Simple, Simple Scalable, Error Resilient Simple Scalable, Core, Main, Advanced Coding Efficiency, Advanced Core, Advanced Simple, ARTS and FGS profiles.
3.5.5The Video subgroup announces that it has installed a site for uploading corrected conformance bitstreams. Contributors are kindly asked to contact Yi-shin Tung (). As a service to users of MPEG-4 Visual Conformance bitstreams, corrected streams have been made downloadable from ftp://fortune.csie.ntu.edu.tw:8051/MPEG4Conformance/version_2_fix.

3.10.2If no new national body comment is received between the close of the WG1/WG11 July meeting and the close of balloting of ISO/IEC 14496-12 & 15444-12 FPDAM1 (The ISO Base Media File Format), the Systems sub-group recommends that WG1 and WG11 approve the progression of ISO/IEC 14496-12 & 15444-12 Amendment 1 to FDAM and request the elevation of the study text to the balloted text. The Systems subgroup recommends that WG1 and WG11 also approve now the issuance of a second edition of ISO/IEC 14496-12 & 15444-12, incorporating the first edition and this amendment, the issuance being contingent on the FDAM ballot passing.
3.10.3The Systems subgroup requestsNational Bodies to stimulate contributions among their constituencies on the requirements and possible solutions for the use of URI fragment identifiers (the string after a "#" in a URI) for ISO-family files.

5.1.2The Requirements Group acknowledges that the Technical Reports for MPEG21 part 1 (Vision, Technologies and Strategy, N6388) and part 11 (Persistent Association Technologies, N6392) have been approved in the DTR ballot, without comments. The Requirements Group kindly requests the SC29 Secretariat to have these documents published as Technical Reports.
