Dear Future Home Seller,
Tip #1. Make sure that you don't sell
your home for less than it's worth.
Many people sell their home for less than it's worth. The reasons why this happens are many and varied. But, here is the biggest reason. They put their home on the market and price it BELOW it's fair market value.
For example, Chuck recently sold his home for $285,000. His neighbor - whose home was smaller - sold his house a few weeks later for $321,000. Chuck could have sold his house for $320,000 to $330,000. But he didn't.
Why did Chuck sell his home for $36,000
less than his neighbor's home?
Because he didn't know what his home was worth. He never talked to an agent about his home's value. Then, he accepted the first offer that came along on his home. As a result, he lost $36,000.
Do you want to avoid having that happen to you? Do this.
I provide you with a quick and easy way to find out what your home
is worth. Email me at xxxx or call me at xxxx.
Every week I put together a free home value evaluation for people that request it. If you want me to, then I can send you a free evaluation for your home. Just submit your request and I'll email you the evaluation when I am finished with it.
#2. Do you think it will difficult to show your house to prospective buyers? If you said "Yes, then, do this.
Hire an agent that understands marketing. Your agent can "pre-sell" potential buyers on your home before the buyers ever see it.
You see, not all agents understand marketing. Most agents will try to show your home to as many buyers as possible. They know that if they can get enough buyers to look at your home, then it will probably sell.
And, that is a good marketing strategy. But, it sure can be inconvenient to show your home 2-3 times a week to people that aren't very interested in buying it.
If showings are going to be a hassle, then
use this strategy to sell your home:
I call it the "Sell It Before You Show It" Marketing Strategy. Here is how it works. John had his home on the market for 18 months. He hired two agents and neither could sell it.
The home sat on the market for 18 months without selling.
Then, he hired a new agent.
The new agent tried a new marketing strategy. They "pre-sold" potential buyers on the home before they ever saw it.
The home sold 65 days after he hired the new agent.
The buyers saw the ad and bought the home the same day. Now, these buyers were tough negotiators.
They had worked their way up from nothing and owned a thriving business with 30 employees. Even though they were tough negotiators they really wanted John’s House.
The home sold for a record high price.
The final sales price was $57,500 more than a similar home located seven doors down on the same exact street.
Why did the buyer pay a record high price for a home
that had been available for 18 months with no offers?
· It wasn’t because buyers didn’t know about it. (The home had been on the Multiple Listing Service for 18 months.)
· The reason it sold was because John's Realtor had recently implemented the "Sell It Before You Show It" Marketing Strategy.
This strategy enables you to sell your home with less showings, and sell it for more money. Now, I can't tell you all my secrets. But, I can tell you what caused John's home to sell. But, I’ll only reveal it to you if you promise me this.
You must promise that you won’t share this strategy with any of the other agents in the local area. After all, if everyone selling their home uses this technique, then it will become less effective. Sound fair? Good. Let’s talk turkey.
I put together a completely free report that
explains how this strategy works.
I'll give it to you completely free. Now, why am I doing this? Am I just a nice person who gives away everything for free? No. I am giving this to you for the following reason.
I hope that you see the value I can provide to help sell your home. If you ever do decide to hire an agent to sell your home, then maybe you will interview me. Anyways, here is how to get the report.
Imagine we are at the closing table. The notary asks to see your driver’s license. He hands it back to you with the check for the sale of your home.
Right there on the bottom you see that your check is $57,500 larger than you had expected. Wouldn't if feel great to make an extra $57,500 on the sale of your home?
This report doesn't just show you how to sell your home with less showings. It also shows you how to sell it for more money.
Don’t settle for less than you deserve! Request a copy of this report today. In the meantime, if you have any real estate questions, then do not hesitate to send me an email at .

P.S. In case you're one of those people (like me) who just skip to the end of the letter, here's the deal. I have a hunch that you need to sell your home.
Now, selling your house can be very inconvenient. Buyers will want to look at your home at all hours of the day and on the weekends. The good news is that you can reduce wasteful showings and sell your house faster - all at the same time.
It involves a new home selling strategy that sells your home to the buyer before they even see it. I call it the "Sell It Before You Show It" Marketing Strategy.
If you want to find out how it works, then I am offering a free report that explains everything in detail. The report is titled: How To Sell Your Home For More Money... With Fewer Showings. Here are a few of the things I reveal in this report:
· The simple trick that causes “tough as nails” negotiators to gladly pay full price. (I didn’t think this could happen until I witnessed it happen myself.)
· The one picture that will make or break whether or not your house sells for top dollar. (It doesn’t matter if you only have 100 pictures in your ad, or just 1. This picture matters more than all the other pictures.)
· The one thing you say in the description that will determine whether or not your house sells for top dollar. (If you miss this one thing, then you will be forced to settle for less than you deserve.)
