PROJECT MANAGER / SENIOR GIS SPECIALIST 2007-Present

Manage numerous GIS and PLS-CADD projects for electric utilities, including National Grid, NSTAR, Northeast Utilities, VELCO and PSNH. Oversee more than 30 simultaneous transmission line engineering projects for National Grid, handling initial proposals, change orders, project tracking, scheduling, reporting, and closeout according to the National Grid Playbook. Perform earned value management analysis of all National Grid projects. Direct group of four technicians in developing digital geospatial data sets for large electric providers such as National Grid, Northeast Utilities, and Vermont Electric. Deliver technical support of design and construction of high-voltage power transmission lines. Train staff on use of geospatial technologies (software, hardware, and manual data collection techniques). Project Manager on NERC clearance analysis projects for NGRID and NU on their 315 kV, 115 kV, and 69 kV lines.

Managed State Revolving Fund grant program applications as regional contact; reviewed Chapter 91 license applications. Provided technical, financial, and managerial assistance and outreach to public drinking water systems throughout Southeastern Massachusetts. Reviewed and evaluated municipal drinking water and wastewater infrastructure projects for State Revolving Loan Fund.
