Terms and Conditions
Payment for stand
Payment can either be made in full at the time of booking or as follows:
All invoices must be paid in full by the due date. Failure to do so will be regarded as a breach of contract. The MAA reserves the right to withdraw the company from the group stand if payments are not received as follows: (Exercising of this right by the MAA will not relieve the company of the obligation to pay outstanding amounts).
▪ An initial 50% of the total price above will be invoiced on application to secure the place.
▪ The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 20 March 2014.
Companies will not be allowed access to the stand unless full payment has been received.
All additional costs incurred will be invoiced as required and should be paid no later than the due date shown on invoice.
By signing the booking form you are understood to have agreed to the above Terms and Conditions.
Cancellation fees are as follows:
Cancelled 4 months or more prior to event50% of total cost to be paid.
Cancelled within 4 months of the event full payment required.
(If your space can be re-sold you may be eligible for a partial refund).
